Shipment of Aid Leaves for Houston to Help with Ike's Aftermath

Giving Children Hope has sent a truck full of disaster relief for those affected by Hurricane Ike in Houston, TX.
The shipment is headed to our partners Lindale Assembly of God in Houston, a church we’ve partnered with for three years post-Hurricane Katrina.
Here is an e-mail we have received from Jana Meeks, our partner at the church:
Hey Guys, We’re in really bad shape here in Houston. We need bottled water, food, paper products, diapers, and cleaning supplies. After the hurricane hit, we had an additional 8 inches of rain. Our city is in crisis. Thanks in advance for whatever help you can give. J
