Artemovsk Maternity Hospital serves women from a population of 120,000 in which more than 80% of the women delivering are high-risk due to malnutrition and lack of vitamins. The hospital staff experiences many complications during delivery since they lack proper equipment.
Giving Children Hope is dedicated to providing for at-risk populations by equipping international hospitals and medical clinics with much needed supplies and equipment. Through the refurbishment of medical centers, Giving Children Hope is able to reinforce local medical professionals to better serve their communities, promoting health and disease prevention.

Medical Equipment Ships for Operation Ukraine
Giving Children Hope, in partnership with Operation Ukraine, has sent a 40-foot container full of medical equipment to Artemovsk Maternity Hospital in Ukraine.
The container was filled with medical supplies and medical equipment such as a baby incubator, a vital signs monitor, a blood pressure monitor, and surgical instruments.
