Medicine for Guatemala

GCHope sent a shipment of Medicines to the Rep. Legal De Associations to aid healthcare efforts in Guatemala.

Guatemala has one of the highest GDP in Latin America, yet it also has one of the highest poverty rates. The rapid growth of population and unequal distribution of wealth between the rich and poor have been the main cause of poverty. The wealth distribution in Guatemala is among the most uneven in the world. Problems are more staggering in the indigenous regions of the country where they have little access to healthcare.
