Relief for Philippine Flood Victims
Massive floods in the Philippines have been triggered by tropical storms from July – December.
Recent reports indicate over-flown rivers in early December near Washi that have displaced 429,000, killed approximately 1,200 people. About 37,000 Philippine residents are still in evacuation centers.
