Help Send Soccer Uniforms to Children in Bosnia

Partner with Giving Children Hope to bring uniforms to young athletes in Bosnia

War torn Bosnia emerged from the former Yugoslavia as the poorest of the independent countries. Unemployment fluctuates between 60 and 70 percent countrywide.

Every child plays soccer in Bosnia. Most children play with thread bare balls on dirt fields. Giving Children Hope, a division of Global Operations and Development, has received a gift of 5,000 soccer uniforms. Giving Children Hope will give 4,500 of the uniforms to schools and the other 500 uniforms to soccer clubs in Bosnia.

You can help bring smiles to 5,000 Bosnian children by donating $25, $50, $100 or more to help pay for shipping costs. Our 40-foot container will also include food, other clothing, medical supplies, and toys for an orphanage and a hospital.
