Giving Children Hope invests in workforce development, bringing security and self-sufficiency to local children and families

Giving Children Hope helps the families of local children by providing job training for their parents who have been underserved by other area programs. Working with adults and young adults in transition, Giving Children Hope provides on the job training through its “Hands of Hope” program.

Clients work in areas of warehousing, bio-technology, truck-driving, and office administration. Many gain marketable skills and a ‘track record’ of employment, which is utilized to gain a better job to support their families.

All of these opportunities are provided to keep families together, gain self-respect for the persons involved, and enhance the self-sustainability of these families for years to come.
