Disney has reached its goal of 1 million people serving; thank you to everyone that participated in this event.

Please advise, if you have not registered properly, Disney will not allow us to approve your tickets. Please complete this step before contacting the Volunteer Coordinator.

Q I have already volunteered at GCHope and it has been 2 weeks since I volunteered. Why don’t I have my ticket yet?
A Please double check on the HandsOnNetwork website to ensure that you are registered properly. The website will inform you if you have more steps to complete (i.e. selecting the day & time of service). If you have in fact double checked online and are registered properly, then please send sswanson@godaid.org an email with the subject line stating “Registration Completed Properly”. The body of the message should state 1) names of volunteers 2) date volunteered 3) date registration was completed properly. The Volunteer Coordinator will then process all emails as a rush order. Phone call requests will not be rushed.
