Yesterday, Giving Children Hope, with the help of Imperial Manufacturing, has sent cooking equipment to ministries in the Gulf Coast that have helped their communities in the recent disaster relief efforts for Hurricane Ike. The ministries include long-time partners Lindale Assembly of God in Houston, TX, Colossians Christian Center in Beaumont, TX, and Friend Ships in Lake Charles, LA.

The shipment included brand new cooking equipment, food and drinks to help each organization with their community outreaches.

Friend Ships have received their cooking equipment and have sent this letter of gratitude:

We just opened the boxes of kitchen equipment. THANK YOU!!! What a huge, huge blessing. Wow. How can we ever thank you? These equipment will feed hundreds of thousands of people in Jesus name. We know that is the best thanks we can give you.
