Giving Children Hope is preparing to ship a 40-foot container of cooking equipment and food to a partner Vineyard Church in Peru. The Vineyard Church staff will use the equipment and goods to open a food kitchen, feeding families and children from the community, many of which are still struggling to rebuild their lives following the earthquake in August 2007.

Cooking Equipment on its Way
Today the container, which shipped from Giving Children Hope’s distribution center in Buena Park, included food, cooking equipment and wheelchairs to Vineyard Church, Giving Children Hope’s partner in Peru. The Vineyard Church staff will use the equipment and goods to open a kitchen to feed families and children from the community, many of which are still struggling to rebuild their lives following the earthquake in August 2007.
