Impoverished communities of the Philippines will soon receive free medical care with cooperation with the local government health districts. Walking with Jesus Ministry, a nonprofit organization in the Philippines, in partnership with Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa and JYD Enterprises, will receive a small shipment of medicines and medical supplies for a medical missions trip.
The medicines will treat members of the Philippines community unable to afford despertely needed medical attention. Along with providing medical care, the group will participate in evangelism, children’s ministry, women’s ministry and assisting with Calvary Chapel’s ministries in its local Manila chapter. The mission will begin November 14.
The team from Walking With Jesus Ministry received supplies for a medical missions trip in the Philippines! A note of thanks was sent to the GCHope team this week:
“Dear Ministry Friends,
We would like to thank you for having given us in your special way your support to our recently-concluded Philippine Medical Mission. Your contribution to the ministry, and to the mission as a whole, will not be forgotten.
We thank God that He has made it possible for us to be co-laborers in His Name. We truly hope there will be more in the future.
To God be the glory!
Ken and Cami Miller
